Following four years of participation in nearly all aspects of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to serving, being a leader, for several organizations (large and small), I have often been asked, what I think, to be, the most important thing of rule, of leading effortlessly. I’ve discovered, and learned, while it’s possible to teach someone, and furnish them with the needed and necessary abilities, to move, wisely, one has to begin the process, with a particular kind of mindset, and attitude. In case this must be summed – up, only, and of course, it’d be, one must be guided by the core principle, todo, what’s proper! Bearing that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human character. And/ or what causes us do, what we do, is most important and relevant. Righteous; relevant; responsive; responsible; consequences: It is important to proceed, at a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! How would you understand what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the strengths and weaknesses, and the positives, as well as drawbacks? Leading needs to concentrate on being responsive to needs, goals, priorities, and also the assignment of this group! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and realizing ramifications, as center components.
