Following four decades of involvement in the majority of aspects of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to serving, as a pioneer, for all organizations (small and large), I’ve often been asked, what I consider, to be, even the most important thing of rule, of leading efficiently. I’ve discovered, and heard, whether it’s possible to teach someone, and furnish them, with the necessary and essential skills, to proceed, sensibly, one has to start the process, with a certain sort of mindset, and also attitude. In case this must be summed – up, only, and essentially, it’d be, an individual has to be guided by the core principle, todo, what’s proper! Keeping that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and talk, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human character. And/ or that which causes us, that which we do, is most crucial and important. Righteous; important; reactive; responsible; consequences: It’s important to proceed, at a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! How would one know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and weaknesses, and the positives, as well as negatives? Leading needs to concentrate on being responsive to demands, goals, priorities, and the assignment of the bunch! A pioneer is accountable for effective leadership preparation, and hunting strategic and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as center components.
