After more than four decades of participation in the majority of parts of leadership, by identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to functioning, being a leader, for all associations (large and small), I’ve frequently been asked, what I believe, to be, the most important thing of principle, of contributing effectively. I have detected, and learned, while it is possible to train somebody, and supply them, with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, sensibly, one must start the method, having a certain kind of mindset, and also attitude. If that had to be summed – up, only, and essentially, it’d be, an individual has to be guided by the heart principle, todo, what’s appropriate! Bearing that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, using the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human character. And/ or that which causes us, what we do, is most important and relevant. It’s important to move in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! Just how would one understand what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and weaknesses, and also the positives, as well as drawbacks? Leading must focus on being attentive to demands, goals, priorities, and also the mission of the bunch! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and hunting strategic and action plans, with sustainability, and achieving consequences, as core components.
