After more than four decades of involvement in nearly all elements of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to serving, being a leader, for several associations (small and large), I have frequently been asked, what I believe, to be, even the most important factor of rule, of contributing efficiently. I have detected, and heard, whether it’s possible to teach somebody, and supply them, with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, sensibly, an individual has to start the method, with a particular kind of mindset, and attitude. In case this had to be summed – up, simply, and of course, it would be, one must be guided by the core principle, todo, what’s proper! Bearing that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and talk, with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which makes us do, that which we do, is most essential and important. It’s important to move in a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! How might one know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and flaws, and the positives, in addition to drawbacks? Leading must focus on being responsive to needs, aims, priorities, and also the assignment of this bunch! A leader is accountable for effective leadership preparation, and hunting tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and achieving ramifications, as core components.
