After more than four decades of participation in the majority of parts of direction, by identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to serving, as a pioneer, for all organizations (small and large), I’ve frequently been asked, what I consider, to be, the most significant consideration of rule, of contributing efficiently. I’ve discovered, and heard, whether it’s possible to train someone, and furnish them with the needed and necessary abilities, to move, sensibly, an individual has to begin the procedure, with a certain type of mindset, and also attitude. If that had to be summed – up, only, and of course, it would be, one has to be guided by the heart principle, todo, what’s ideal! Bearing that in mind, this article will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human character. And/ or that which makes us, that which we do, is important and relevant. Righteous; important; responsive; responsible; consequences: It is important to proceed, in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! Just how could one understand what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and weaknesses, and also the advantages, in addition to drawbacks? Leading must focus on being responsive to needs, aims, priorities, and the assignment of this bunch! A pioneer is responsible for effective leadership planning, and hunting tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as core components.
