After more than four decades of participation in nearly all elements of direction, by identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting pioneers, to functioning, being a leader, for all associations (small and large), I have frequently been asked, what I think, to be, the most important factor of rule, of contributing effectively. I have discovered, and heard, whether it’s possible to train somebody, and furnish them, with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, wisely, an individual must begin the procedure, having a specific kind of mindset, and also attitude. In case this must be summed – up, only, and of course, it would be, an individual must be directed by the core principle, to do, what’s ideal! Bearing that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, together with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which makes us, what we do, is crucial and relevant. It is vital to move, in a righteous fashion, without having to be self – righteous! How could you know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and flaws, and the positives, as well as negatives? Leading must focus on being attentive to needs, goals, priorities, and the assignment of this group! A pioneer is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking strategic and action plans, with sustainability, and realizing consequences, as core components.
