Following four decades of participation in the majority of elements of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to serving, like a pioneer, for several organizations (small and large), I’ve often been asked, what I think, to be, even the most important factor of principle, of contributing effortlessly. I have discovered, and learned, whether it’s possible to train someone, and supply them, with the necessary and essential abilities, to proceed, wisely, one has to begin the procedure, using a certain kind of mindset, and also attitude. In case that had to be summed – up, only, and essentially, it would be, an individual has to be directed by the heart principle, todo, what’s RIGHT! Bearing that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, together with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human character. And/ or what causes us, what we do, is essential and important. It is necessary to proceed, in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! Just how could you understand what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and weaknesses, and the positives, as well as drawbacks? Leading must concentrate on being attentive to demands, goals, priorities, and the assignment of this group! A pioneer is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking strategic and action plans, with sustainability, and achieving consequences, as core components.
