Following four years of participation in the majority of elements of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to serving, being a pioneer, for all organizations (small and large), I have often been asked, what I consider, to be, even the most important factor of rule, of leading efficiently. I’ve discovered, and heard, while it’s likely to train somebody, and furnish them with the needed and necessary skills, to move, wisely, an individual has to begin the process, using a certain type of mindset, and attitude. In case this must be summed – up, simply, and of course, it’d be, one has to be directed by the heart principle, todo, what’s suitable! Bearing that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human character. And/ or what causes us, what we do, is most essential and relevant. Righteous; relevant; reactive; responsible; ramifications: It’s vital that you proceed, in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! How could you understand what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and weaknesses, and also the positives, in addition to negatives? Leading must focus on being attentive to needs, goals, priorities, and the mission of the group! A pioneer is accountable for effective leadership planning, and hunting tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and achieving consequences, as center components.
