After more than four decades of involvement in the majority of aspects of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting pioneers, to functioning, as a leader, for several organizations (large and small), I’ve frequently been asked, what I believe, to be, even the most significant thing of principle, of leading effectively. I’ve discovered, and learned, while it is possible to teach somebody, and supply them with the needed and necessary skills, to proceed, wisely, one has to start the procedure, using a certain type of mindset, and attitude. If that had to be summed – up, simply, and of course, it’d be, one must be directed by the core principle, to do, what’s proper! With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, together with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human character. And/ or that which makes us, that which we do, is most essential and relevant. Righteous; important; responsive; responsible; ramifications: It is crucial that you move, at a righteous fashion, without having to be self – righteous! How would you know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the strengths and flaws, and also the positives, in addition to negatives? Leading must concentrate on being attentive to needs, goals, priorities, and the mission of this bunch! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and hunting strategic and action plans, together with sustainability, and achieving consequences, as core components.
