After more than four decades of participation in nearly all parts of direction, by identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to serving, as a pioneer, for all associations (small and large), I have often been asked, what I consider, to be, even the most important thing of rule, of contributing effectively. I’ve discovered, and heard, whether it is likely to teach somebody, and furnish them, with the needed and necessary skills, to move, wisely, an individual has to start the process, with a particular sort of mindset, and attitude. If that must be summed – up, only, and essentially, it’d be, one has to be directed by the core principle, to do, what’s appropriate! Bearing that in mind, this article will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, using the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human character. And/ or what causes us, that which we do, is most crucial and relevant. It’s important to move in a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! Just how would one understand what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and flaws, and also the advantages, as well as negatives? Leading must concentrate on being attentive to demands, aims, priorities, and the assignment of this bunch! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and hunting strategic and action plans, together with sustainability, and realizing ramifications, as center components.
