Following four years of participation in the majority of parts of direction, by identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to functioning, like a pioneer, for all organizations (small and large), I have frequently been asked, what I consider, to be, the most important consideration of principle, of leading effectively. I have detected, and learned, whether it’s possible to teach somebody, and furnish them with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, wisely, one must begin the method, having a certain type of mindset, and attitude. In case that had to be summed – up, simply, and essentially, it’d be, one must be directed by the core principle, to do, what’s ideal! Keeping that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which makes us do, what we do, is essential and important. It is vital to proceed, in a righteous manner, without having to be self – righteous! Just how might one know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and flaws, and also the positives, in addition to drawbacks? Leading must focus on being responsive to needs, aims, priorities, and the assignment of this group! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking strategic and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as core components.
