Following four years of participation in the majority of aspects of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to functioning, as a pioneer, for several associations (small and large), I have frequently been asked, what I consider, to be, the most significant factor of rule, of contributing effectively. I have discovered, and heard, whether it is possible to teach someone, and furnish them with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, wisely, one must start the method, having a certain type of mindset, and attitude. In case this had to be summed – up, simply, and essentially, it would be, an individual has to be guided by the heart principle, todo, what’s proper! With that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, together with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human nature. And/ or what makes us do, what we do, is most essential and important. It is vital to proceed in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! How might one know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and weaknesses, and the positives, as well as negatives? Leading must focus on being attentive to demands, goals, priorities, and also the assignment of the bunch! A leader is responsible for effective leadership preparation, and hunting tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as center components.
