Following four decades of involvement in the majority of aspects of direction, by identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to serving, as a leader, for several organizations (large and small), I’ve frequently been asked, what I consider, to be, even the most important thing of principle, of contributing effortlessly. I’ve discovered, and learned, while it is possible to train someone, and furnish them, with the necessary and essential abilities, to proceed, sensibly, one has to start the process, using a certain kind of mindset, and attitude. In case that must be summed – up, only, and essentially, it would be, an individual must be directed by the core principle, todo, what’s proper! Keeping that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, using the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human character. And/ or that which makes us, that which we do, is important and relevant. Righteous; important; reactive; responsible; effects: It is vital that you move, at a righteous fashion, without having to be self – righteous! Just how could one know what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and flaws, and the advantages, as well as negatives? Leading must focus on being responsive to demands, aims, priorities, and the assignment of the group! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking strategic and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as core components.
