Following four years of participation in nearly all parts of direction, by identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing pioneers, to serving, as a pioneer, for all associations (small and large), I have often been asked, what I believe, to be, the most important consideration of principle, of leading effectively. I have detected, and learned, while it is likely to coach somebody, and supply them, with the necessary and essential abilities, to proceed, sensibly, one has to start the process, with a specific kind of mindset, and attitude. In case this had to be summed – up, only, and of course, it would be, one has to be guided by the heart principle, todo, what’s ideal! Keeping that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and talk, with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human character. And/ or what causes us, what we do, is crucial and important. It is necessary to proceed, in a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! Just how would one know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the strengths and flaws, and the advantages, in addition to negatives? Leading must concentrate on being responsive to needs, goals, priorities, and the assignment of this bunch! A leader is responsible for effective leadership planning, and seeking tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and understanding ramifications, as core components.
