Following four decades of involvement in the majority of parts of leadership, by identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting pioneers, to functioning, like a pioneer, for several organizations (large and small), I’ve frequently been asked, what I believe, to be, the most important consideration of principle, of contributing effortlessly. I’ve discovered, and learned, whether it’s likely to coach someone, and furnish them, with the necessary and essential skills, to move, sensibly, one has to begin the method, using a certain type of mindset, and attitude. In case that had to be summed – up, only, and of course, it would be, an individual must be guided by the heart principle, todo, what’s appropriate! With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and talk, with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human character. And/ or that which makes us do, what we do, is most crucial and important. It is vital to proceed in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! Just how might you know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and flaws, and also the positives, as well as negatives? Leading must focus on being attentive to demands, aims, priorities, and the assignment of this group! A leader is responsible for effective leadership planning, and seeking tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as core components.
