After more than four decades of involvement in nearly all parts of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to serving, being a leader, for all organizations (large and small), I have frequently been asked, what I think, to be, the most significant factor of rule, of leading effectively. I’ve detected, and heard, while it is possible to teach somebody, and furnish them with the needed and necessary skills, to move, sensibly, one must start the method, having a particular sort of mindset, and also attitude.
