After more than four decades of involvement in nearly all parts of direction, by identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to functioning, as a pioneer, for several organizations (small and large), I have often been asked, what I consider, to be, the most important thing of principle, of contributing effortlessly. I’ve detected, and heard, whether it is possible to train someone, and furnish them, with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, sensibly, one has to start the method, using a particular kind of mindset, and also attitude. If this must be summed – up, only, and essentially, it’d be, one has to be directed by the heart principle, todo, what’s RIGHT! With that in mind, this article will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human nature. And/ or what causes us, what we do, is crucial and important. Righteous; important; reactive; responsible; effects: It’s important to proceed, at a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! How might one know what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and flaws, and also the advantages, as well as negatives? Leading needs to focus on being attentive to needs, aims, priorities, and also the mission of the group! A leader is responsible for effective leadership planning, and hunting tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and achieving ramifications, as center components.
