After more than four decades of involvement in nearly all aspects of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting pioneers, to serving, being a pioneer, for several associations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I believe, to be, even the most significant factor of rule, of contributing efficiently. I have discovered, and learned, while it is possible to coach some one, and furnish them with the necessary and essential abilities, to proceed, sensibly, an individual must start the procedure, using a certain type of mindset, and attitude. If this had to be summed – up, simply, and of course, it’d be, one must be guided by the core principle, to do, what’s ideal! Bearing that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human character. And/ or what causes us, that which we do, is important and relevant. It is necessary to move, in a righteous fashion, without having to be self – righteous! How could you know what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and flaws, and the advantages, as well as negatives? Leading must concentrate on being attentive to needs, goals, priorities, and the assignment of the group! A leader is accountable for effective leadership preparation, and seeking tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and achieving ramifications, as core components.
