Following four decades of participation in the majority of elements of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to functioning, being a pioneer, for several associations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I consider, to be, the most significant thing of principle, of leading efficiently. I’ve detected, and heard, while it’s likely to teach somebody, and supply them with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, sensibly, an individual must begin the process, having a specific type of mindset, and attitude. In case that had to be summed – up, only, and of course, it would be, one must be directed by the core principle, todo, what’s RIGHT! With that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which makes us do, what we do, is most essential and important. Righteous; important; responsive; responsible; ramifications: It’s vital that you move, in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! Just how might one know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and flaws, and also the positives, in addition to negatives? Leading needs to focus on being responsive to needs, aims, priorities, and the mission of the group! A pioneer is accountable for effective leadership planning, and hunting tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as core components.
