After more than four decades of involvement in the majority of elements of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting pioneers, to serving, being a leader, for several organizations (large and small), I’ve frequently been asked, what I believe, to be, the most important factor of rule, of contributing effectively. I have discovered, and learned, whether it is likely to train some one, and furnish them, with the needed and necessary abilities, to move, wisely, one must start the method, having a certain kind of mindset, and attitude. In case that had to be summed – up, only, and essentially, it would be, an individual must be guided by the core principle, to do, what’s appropriate! With that in mind, this article will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human character. And/ or that which causes us do, what we do, is essential and important. It’s important to move in a righteous manner, without having to be self – righteous! How would one know what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the strengths and weaknesses, and the advantages, in addition to drawbacks? Leading must concentrate on being attentive to demands, aims, priorities, and the mission of the bunch! A pioneer is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and understanding ramifications, as center components.
