After more than four years of involvement in nearly all parts of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to serving, like a pioneer, for several associations (large and small), I have frequently been asked, what I believe, to be, even the most significant thing of principle, of contributing effectively. I’ve detected, and learned, while it is possible to train some one, and supply them with the needed and necessary abilities, to move, sensibly, one must start the process, having a particular sort of mindset, and also attitude. In case that had to be summed – up, only, and essentially, it’d be, an individual has to be guided by the heart principle, to do, what’s RIGHT! With that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human character. And/ or that which makes us, that which we do, is most important and relevant. It’s important to proceed in a righteous manner, without having to be self – righteous! How could you know what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and weaknesses, and also the positives, as well as negatives? Leading must focus on being attentive to demands, aims, priorities, and the mission of the group! A leader is responsible for effective leadership planning, and hunting strategic and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as center components.
