After more than four years of involvement in nearly all elements of direction, by identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to serving, like a pioneer, for several organizations (small and large), I have often been asked, what I think, to be, the most significant thing of principle, of contributing efficiently. I have detected, and heard, whether it is likely to train somebody, and furnish them with the necessary and essential skills, to move, wisely, one has to begin the process, with a specific kind of mindset, and also attitude. If that had to be summed – up, only, and of course, it’d be, one must be guided by the heart principle, todo, what’s proper! With that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or what makes us, what we do, is important and relevant. It is necessary to move in a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! How could one understand what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and flaws, and the positives, as well as drawbacks? Leading must concentrate on being responsive to needs, goals, priorities, and the mission of this group! A pioneer is responsible for effective leadership preparation, and hunting tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and understanding ramifications, as core components.
