After more than four decades of participation in nearly all elements of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to functioning, as a pioneer, for all organizations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I believe, to be, even the most significant thing of rule, of leading efficiently. I’ve detected, and heard, whether it’s possible to train somebody, and furnish them with the needed and necessary skills, to proceed, wisely, an individual has to begin the method, using a certain kind of mindset, and attitude. If this had to be summed – up, simply, and of course, it’d be, one has to be directed by the core principle, to do, what’s RIGHT! Bearing that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which makes us do, that which we do, is most important and relevant. It is vital to proceed in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! How would you understand what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and weaknesses, and the advantages, as well as negatives? Leading must focus on being attentive to needs, aims, priorities, and also the mission of the group! A pioneer is responsible for effective leadership planning, and hunting strategic and action plans, together with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as core components.
