Following four decades of participation in the majority of elements of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing pioneers, to serving, as a pioneer, for all associations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I think, to be, the most important thing of principle, of contributing effortlessly. I’ve detected, and learned, while it is possible to train someone, and furnish them with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, wisely, one has to start the process, having a specific type of mindset, and attitude. If this had to be summed – up, only, and of course, it would be, an individual has to be directed by the core principle, todo, what’s suitable! Bearing that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, together with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or what makes us do, that which we do, is most essential and relevant. Righteous; important; reactive; responsible; ramifications: It’s important to move, at a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! Just how would one know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and flaws, and the positives, as well as negatives? Leading needs to focus on being responsive to needs, aims, priorities, and also the mission of the bunch! A pioneer is responsible for effective leadership preparation, and hunting strategic and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as core components.
