Following four decades of involvement in the majority of aspects of leadership, by identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing pioneers, to functioning, being a pioneer, for several organizations (small and large), I have often been asked, what I believe, to be, even the most important consideration of principle, of leading effectively. I have detected, and heard, whether it is likely to teach somebody, and supply them, with the necessary and essential abilities, to move, sensibly, one must begin the process, having a specific type of mindset, and attitude. In case that must be summed – up, only, and essentially, it’d be, an individual must be guided by the core principle, todo, what’s RIGHT! Bearing that in mind, this article will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or what makes us, what we do, is most essential and important. It is vital to move in a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! How could one know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and weaknesses, and the advantages, in addition to negatives? Leading must focus on being attentive to needs, aims, priorities, and also the assignment of this group! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking strategic and action plans, together with sustainability, and realizing ramifications, as core components.
