Following four decades of involvement in nearly all elements of direction, by identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to functioning, like a pioneer, for all organizations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I believe, to be, the most important consideration of principle, of leading effectively. I have detected, and learned, while it is possible to train someone, and furnish them with the needed and necessary skills, to proceed, wisely, an individual must start the procedure, using a particular kind of mindset, and also attitude. If this had to be summed – up, only, and essentially, it’d be, an individual must be directed by the heart principle, to do, what’s ideal! Keeping that in mind, this article will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, using the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human nature. And/ or what causes us, that which we do, is most crucial and important. It is critical to proceed, in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! Just how might one understand what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and weaknesses, and the positives, in addition to negatives? Leading must focus on being responsive to needs, aims, priorities, and also the mission of the bunch! A leader is accountable for effective leadership preparation, and hunting tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and understanding ramifications, as core components.
