Following four years of involvement in nearly all aspects of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting pioneers, to functioning, as a leader, for all organizations (small and large), I’ve frequently been asked, what I consider, to be, the most significant factor of rule, of contributing effectively. I have discovered, and heard, while it is possible to train some one, and supply them with the necessary and essential skills, to proceed, wisely, an individual must begin the procedure, using a particular kind of mindset, and attitude. In case this had to be summed – up, simply, and essentially, it would be, an individual must be guided by the core principle, todo, what’s ideal! Keeping that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, together with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which makes us, what we do, is crucial and important. Righteous; important; responsive; responsible; ramifications: It is important to proceed, at a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! Just how would one understand what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and flaws, and the advantages, in addition to negatives? Leading must focus on being responsive to needs, aims, priorities, and the assignment of the group! A pioneer is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding ramifications, as core components.
