After more than four decades of involvement in the majority of aspects of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to serving, being a leader, for all organizations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I believe, to be, even the most significant consideration of rule, of leading efficiently. I’ve detected, and heard, whether it is likely to teach some one, and supply them, with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, sensibly, one has to start the process, using a particular type of mindset, and attitude. In case this must be summed – up, simply, and essentially, it would be, one must be directed by the heart principle, to do, what’s suitable! With that in mind, this article will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, together with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which causes us do, that which we do, is most important and relevant. Righteous; relevant; responsive; responsible; consequences: It is important to proceed, at a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! How would one know what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and flaws, and the advantages, in addition to drawbacks? Leading must focus on being attentive to demands, aims, priorities, and the assignment of the bunch! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and realizing ramifications, as core components.
