Following four decades of involvement in nearly all elements of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to serving, being a pioneer, for several associations (small and large), I have frequently been asked, what I consider, to be, the most significant thing of principle, of leading efficiently. I have discovered, and learned, while it’s likely to teach some one, and supply them, with the necessary and essential abilities, to move, sensibly, one must start the method, using a certain kind of mindset, and attitude. If that must be summed – up, simply, and of course, it would be, one must be guided by the heart principle, todo, what’s proper! Keeping that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and talk, using the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human nature. And/ or what causes us, that which we do, is most important and important. It’s important to proceed, in a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! How might one know what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and weaknesses, and the advantages, as well as drawbacks? Leading must concentrate on being attentive to needs, goals, priorities, and also the assignment of the group! A leader is responsible for effective leadership planning, and hunting tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding ramifications, as center components.
