After more than four years of involvement in the majority of aspects of leadership, by identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to functioning, like a leader, for several associations (large and small), I have frequently been asked, what I believe, to be, even the most significant factor of rule, of contributing effortlessly. I have discovered, and heard, while it’s possible to teach someone, and furnish them, with the necessary and essential abilities, to proceed, sensibly, an individual has to start the method, having a certain sort of mindset, and attitude. If this had to be summed – up, simply, and of course, it’d be, one must be directed by the heart principle, todo, what’s RIGHT! Keeping that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, using the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which causes us, that which we do, is most crucial and important. It is necessary to move, in a righteous fashion, without having to be self – righteous! Leading must focus on being attentive to needs, aims, priorities, and also the mission of this group!
