After more than four years of participation in the majority of parts of leadership, by identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to serving, as a leader, for all organizations (small and large), I have often been asked, what I consider, to be, the most significant factor of rule, of leading efficiently. I’ve discovered, and heard, whether it’s likely to coach someone, and furnish them with the needed and necessary abilities, to move, wisely, an individual has to start the method, using a specific type of mindset, and attitude. If this must be summed – up, simply, and of course, it’d be, an individual must be guided by the core principle, to do, what’s RIGHT! With that in mind, this article will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, together with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which makes us do, what we do, is most crucial and relevant. Righteous; relevant; reactive; responsible; consequences: It’s crucial that you proceed, at a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! How would you understand what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and weaknesses, and the positives, in addition to drawbacks? Leading needs to focus on being responsive to needs, aims, priorities, and the assignment of the group! A pioneer is accountable for effective leadership preparation, and hunting tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as core components.
