Following four years of involvement in the majority of aspects of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to functioning, being a leader, for several associations (small and large), I have often been asked, what I consider, to be, even the most important factor of principle, of contributing effectively. I have detected, and learned, whether it is possible to coach some one, and supply them, with the necessary and essential abilities, to proceed, wisely, an individual must start the process, using a certain sort of mindset, and attitude. In case this had to be summed – up, only, and of course, it would be, an individual must be guided by the core principle, to do, what’s suitable! Keeping that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human nature. And/ or what makes us, what we do, is essential and relevant. It is vital to proceed in a righteous fashion, without having to be self – righteous! Just how might you know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and flaws, and the advantages, in addition to drawbacks? Leading must concentrate on being responsive to demands, aims, priorities, and the assignment of the bunch! A leader is responsible for effective leadership planning, and seeking tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and understanding ramifications, as center components.
