Following four years of involvement in the majority of elements of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to serving, being a pioneer, for all organizations (small and large), I have frequently been asked, what I think, to be, even the most important factor of principle, of contributing efficiently. I have detected, and heard, while it’s possible to teach somebody, and furnish them, with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, wisely, one must begin the procedure, having a specific type of mindset, and also attitude.
