After more than four years of involvement in nearly all elements of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to functioning, like a pioneer, for several organizations (small and large), I have often been asked, what I consider, to be, the most significant factor of principle, of contributing effectively. I’ve discovered, and learned, while it is possible to coach somebody, and supply them, with the necessary and essential skills, to move, wisely, an individual has to start the process, using a certain kind of mindset, and attitude. In case that must be summed – up, simply, and essentially, it’d be, one has to be guided by the core principle, to do, what’s suitable! Keeping that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or what causes us do, what we do, is most important and important. It is critical to proceed, in a righteous fashion, without having to be self – righteous! Just how might you understand what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and flaws, and the positives, in addition to negatives? Leading must focus on being responsive to demands, goals, priorities, and also the mission of the group! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking strategic and action plans, together with sustainability, and realizing consequences, as core components.
