Following four decades of involvement in nearly all elements of leadership, by identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting pioneers, to functioning, as a leader, for several organizations (small and large), I’ve frequently been asked, what I consider, to be, even the most important thing of rule, of leading efficiently. I have detected, and heard, while it is possible to teach someone, and supply them, with the needed and necessary skills, to move, sensibly, an individual must begin the procedure, with a specific sort of mindset, and attitude. If this must be summed – up, simply, and of course, it would be, one has to be guided by the core principle, to do, what’s appropriate! Bearing that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, together with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which makes us do, what we do, is important and relevant. Righteous; relevant; reactive; responsible; ramifications: It is important to move, at a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! How could you understand what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and flaws, and also the advantages, in addition to negatives? Leading must focus on being responsive to needs, goals, priorities, and the assignment of the group! A leader is responsible for effective leadership preparation, and hunting tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and realizing consequences, as core components.
