Following four decades of involvement in nearly all aspects of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting pioneers, to functioning, as a leader, for several organizations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I believe, to be, even the most important consideration of principle, of contributing efficiently.
