Following four decades of involvement in the majority of parts of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing pioneers, to serving, being a pioneer, for all associations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I think, to be, even the most important factor of principle, of contributing effortlessly. I’ve discovered, and learned, while it is likely to train some one, and furnish them with the necessary and essential skills, to move, sensibly, an individual must start the procedure, using a certain sort of mindset, and attitude. If this had to be summed – up, simply, and essentially, it would be, an individual must be directedthe heart principle, to do, what’s ideal! With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, together with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human character. And/ or what makes us, what we do, is crucial and important. It is critical to move in a righteous manner, without having to be self – righteous! How could one understand what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and flaws, and also the positives, in addition to drawbacks? Leading must focus on being attentive to needs, aims, priorities, and also the mission of this group! A leader is responsible for effective leadership preparation, and hunting strategic and action plans, together with sustainability, and realizing ramifications, as center components.
