After more than four years of involvement in nearly all elements of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to functioning, like a pioneer, for several associations (small and large), I have often been asked, what I think, to be, even the most important factor of rule, of contributing efficiently. I have detected, and heard, whether it is likely to teach someone, and furnish them, with the necessary and essential skills, to move, sensibly, an individual has to start the method, using a specific type of mindset, and also attitude. In case this must be summed – up, simply, and of course, it’d be, an individual must be directed by the core principle, to do, what’s RIGHT! Bearing that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and talk, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human character. And/ or what makes us, that which we do, is crucial and relevant. Righteous; important; reactive; responsible; consequences: It’s important to move, in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! Just how might one understand what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and flaws, and also the positives, as well as negatives? Leading needs to concentrate on being responsive to demands, goals, priorities, and also the mission of this group! A leader is responsible for effective leadership preparation, and hunting tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as core components.
