Following four decades of involvement in nearly all elements of leadership, by identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to functioning, being a leader, for all organizations (large and small), I have frequently been asked, what I think, to be, the most significant consideration of principle, of leading effectively. I’ve detected, and heard, whether it’s possible to teach somebody, and supply them, with the necessary and essential skills, to proceed, sensibly, one must begin the method, using a specific sort of mindset, and also attitude. In case this had to be summed – up, simply, and of course, it would be, one must be guided by the core principle, todo, what’s proper!
