Following four decades of participation in the majority of parts of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting pioneers, to functioning, like a pioneer, for all associations (large and small), I have frequently been asked, what I believe, to be, the most important thing of rule, of contributing effectively. I have discovered, and learned, whether it is likely to teach someone, and supply them, with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, wisely, one must start the process, having a particular kind of mindset, and also attitude. If that had to be summed – up, only, and essentially, it would be, an individual has to be directedthe heart principle, to do, what’s appropriate! Bearing that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, together with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human character. And/ or what makes us, that which we do, is essential and important. Righteous; relevant; reactive; responsible; effects: It is important to proceed, in a righteous manner, without having to be self – righteous! How might one know what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and weaknesses, and the positives, as well as negatives? Leading needs to focus on being attentive to demands, goals, priorities, and the assignment of this bunch! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking strategic and action plans, with sustainability, and realizing consequences, as core components.
