After more than four decades of involvement in the majority of parts of leadership, by identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to serving, as a leader, for all associations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I think, to be, the most significant thing of principle, of contributing effectively. I have discovered, and learned, while it is likely to teach someone, and furnish them, with the necessary and essential skills, to proceed, wisely, an individual has to start the method, using a certain sort of mindset, and attitude. If this had to be summed – up, simply, and of course, it’d be, one has to be guided by the heart principle, to do, what’s appropriate! With that in mind, this article will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, together with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which causes us, what we do, is most important and important. Righteous; relevant; reactive; responsible; ramifications: It is important to proceed, at a righteous fashion, without having to be self – righteous! How could one understand what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and weaknesses, and the positives, in addition to negatives? Leading needs to concentrate on being responsive to demands, goals, priorities, and the mission of the bunch! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and hunting tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and realizing consequences, as core components.
