Following four decades of participation in nearly all parts of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to functioning, being a leader, for several associations (small and large), I have frequently been asked, what I think, to be, the most important factor of rule, of contributing effortlessly. I have discovered, and learned, while it’s possible to teach someone, and supply them, with the needed and necessary abilities, to proceed, sensibly, one must begin the procedure, using a specific type of mindset, and attitude. If this must be summed – up, only, and of course, it’d be, an individual has to be guided by the heart principle, todo, what’s RIGHT! With that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, together with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which makes us, that which we do, is essential and important. Righteous; important; responsive; responsible; ramifications: It’s important to proceed, in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! How might one understand what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and weaknesses, and the positives, as well as negatives? Leading needs to concentrate on being attentive to needs, goals, priorities, and the mission of the bunch! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and seeking tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and understanding ramifications, as core components.
