Following four years of involvement in nearly all parts of leadership, by identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to serving, as a pioneer, for several associations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I consider, to be, the most important thing of rule, of contributing effectively. I’ve discovered, and heard, while it’s likely to train somebody, and supply them with the needed and necessary abilities, to move, wisely, an individual must begin the procedure, using a certain sort of mindset, and also attitude. If this must be summed – up, only, and essentially, it’d be, one has to be directed by the core principle, todo, what’s appropriate! With that in mind, this article will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which makes us do, what we do, is most essential and important. It is necessary to proceed in a righteous fashion, without having to be self – righteous! Just how could one understand what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the strengths and weaknesses, and the advantages, in addition to drawbacks? Leading must focus on being responsive to needs, goals, priorities, and the assignment of this group! A pioneer is responsible for effective leadership preparation, and seeking strategic and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding ramifications, as core components.
