After more than four years of involvement in the majority of elements of leadership, by identifying, qualifying, training, consulting and developing leaders, to serving, like a leader, for several organizations (small and large), I have frequently been asked, what I think, to be, the most significant consideration of rule, of contributing effectively. I’ve detected, and heard, while it’s likely to teach someone, and furnish them, with the needed and necessary skills, to move, sensibly, one must start the process, with a specific kind of mindset, and attitude. If that must be summed – up, only, and essentially, it would be, an individual must be directed by the core principle, todo, what’s RIGHT! Bearing that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which causes us, that which we do, is most important and important. Righteous; relevant; responsive; responsible; consequences: It is important to move, in a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! How would you know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to both the advantages and weaknesses, and the positives, as well as drawbacks? Leading needs to focus on being attentive to needs, aims, priorities, and also the assignment of the group! A pioneer is accountable for effective leadership preparation, and seeking strategic and action plans, together with sustainability, and achieving ramifications, as core components.
