After more than four decades of involvement in the majority of parts of direction, by identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to serving, as a pioneer, for all organizations (large and small), I have frequently been asked, what I think, to be, even the most important factor of principle, of contributing effortlessly. I’ve discovered, and heard, while it’s likely to train some one, and supply them with the necessary and essential skills, to proceed, sensibly, one has to start the process, using a particular type of mindset, and attitude. If that must be summed – up, only, and essentially, it would be, an individual has to be guided by the core principle, todo, what’s suitable! Bearing that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or what causes us do, what we do, is essential and relevant. It is vital to move, in a righteous fashion, without being self – righteous! Just how would one know what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and weaknesses, and the positives, in addition to negatives? Leading must focus on being responsive to needs, aims, priorities, and also the mission of the bunch! A pioneer is responsible for effective leadership planning, and hunting tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and achieving ramifications, as core components.
