Following four years of participation in the majority of aspects of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting pioneers, to serving, being a pioneer, for several associations (large and small), I have frequently been asked, what I believe, to be, even the most important consideration of rule, of leading efficiently. I have detected, and learned, whether it is possible to teach some one, and furnish them with the necessary and essential abilities, to move, wisely, an individual must start the method, with a specific type of mindset, and attitude. In case this had to be summed – up, simply, and essentially, it’d be, one must be directed by the core principle, todo, what’s RIGHT! Keeping that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and talk, together with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or what causes us, what we do, is important and relevant. It is vital to proceed in a righteous manner, without having to be self – righteous! Just how might you know what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the strengths and weaknesses, and the advantages, as well as drawbacks? Leading must concentrate on being attentive to needs, goals, priorities, and also the mission of this group! A leader is accountable for effective leadership planning, and hunting tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding ramifications, as center components.
