Following four decades of participation in the majority of parts of direction, by identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting pioneers, to functioning, being a pioneer, for several associations (large and small), I’ve often been asked, what I think, to be, even the most significant thing of rule, of contributing effectively. I have detected, and learned, while it’s possible to train somebody, and supply them with the needed and necessary skills, to move, wisely, one has to start the method, with a particular type of mindset, and attitude. If that must be summed – up, simply, and of course, it would be, an individual must be guided by the heart principle, to do, what’s suitable! Keeping that in mind, this guide will try and briefly examine, consider, and discuss, with the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or what makes us, what we do, is most essential and relevant. It is necessary to move, in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! How could you know what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and weaknesses, and also the positives, in addition to negatives? Leading must concentrate on being attentive to demands, aims, priorities, and also the assignment of the group! A leader is responsible for effective leadership planning, and seeking tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and understanding consequences, as center components.
