After more than four decades of involvement in nearly all aspects of leadership, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to functioning, as a pioneer, for several associations (small and large), I’ve often been asked, what I think, to be, even the most important factor of rule, of contributing effortlessly. I have discovered, and learned, while it is possible to coach some one, and furnish them, with the needed and necessary skills, to move, sensibly, one has to begin the process, with a specific type of mindset, and also attitude. If this must be summed – up, only, and of course, it would be, one has to be guided by the core principle, to do, what’s appropriate! With that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and talk, using the mnemonic approach, why understanding human nature. And/ or that which makes us do, that which we do, is essential and important. It is critical to proceed in a righteous manner, without being self – righteous! Just how would you understand what’s relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the strengths and flaws, and also the advantages, in addition to drawbacks? Leading must concentrate on being attentive to demands, aims, priorities, and the mission of the bunch! A pioneer is accountable for effective leadership planning, and hunting tactical and action plans, with sustainability, and achieving consequences, as core components.
