• After more than four decades of participation in nearly all aspects of direction, from identifying, qualifying, training, developing and consulting leaders, to functioning, like a leader, for all associations (small and large), I have often been asked, what I believe, to be, the most significant thing of rule, of contributing effectively. I have discovered, and learned, whether it’s possible to train someone, and supply them with the needed and necessary skills, to proceed, wisely, one must begin the procedure, having a specific type of mindset, and attitude. In case that must be summed – up, simply, and essentially, it would be, one must be directed by the heart principle, to do, what’s proper! Bearing that in mind, this guide will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, with the mnemonic strategy, why understanding human character. And/ or that which makes us do, that which we do, is essential and relevant. It is vital to proceed in a righteous fashion, without having to be self – righteous! Just how could you know what is relevant, until/ unless he pays keen attention, to the advantages and weaknesses, and also the advantages, in addition to negatives? Leading must focus on being responsive to needs, goals, priorities, and the assignment of this bunch! A pioneer is responsible for effective leadership planning, and seeking tactical and action plans, together with sustainability, and realizing consequences, as core components.
