I’m sure a lot of us have some experience of falling asleep in the wrong place or at the incorrect moment. Additionally, it is important to be aware that if you regularly drift off in the wrong place it can be an indicator that all’s not well; there could be a health condition, you may be feeling low, gloomy, do too much, or need to have more personal time. If you discover that you can’t prevent yourself from regularly decreasing asleep and have found it tough to keep alert it might be a very good idea to organize a checkup with your health care provider. Medication, diabetes and other health issues might have to get diagnosed and treated promptly.
